Gifts of Gratitude
St. Joe’s is feeling the love of our community!
We are so grateful for the outpouring of community support being shown for our Hospital! So many of you have donated food, coffee, flowers, phone-charging stations, gloves and more for our frontline healthcare-providers. Thank you for thinking of them as they work tirelessly to care for the community and for all those affected by the COVID-19 virus. Your thoughtfulness perks up our St. Joe’s team when they’re tired, gives them hope when they are discouraged, and reminds them that their bravery and compassion are appreciated by our community.
While these gifts of gratitude may seem like small gestures, we can assure you they mean the world to our physicians and staff. Thanks to these organizations who have already contributed goods and our apologies if we missed anyone – this is a list that will be updated regularly.
For those who are interested in sending goods or food to our Hospital staff, please contact Mark Brogno at mark@stjoesfoundation.ca to learn about the drop-off process. Please don’t bring items without first contacting Mark! Our Hospital staff are very busy and responding to unexpected drop-offs can make it difficult to do their work. Knowing ahead of time also helps us to distribute the contributions among all of our hardworking team members.
